- Drive new business development and revenue growth for IT recruitment, staffing, and talent solutions across domestic and global markets.
- Identify, prospect, and engage with potential clients, decision-makers, HR leaders, Talent Acquisition teams, and business stakeholders to build a strong client pipeline.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, understanding hiring requirements and positioning the organization's recruitment and staffing capabilities effectively.
- Generate new opportunities through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, networking, referrals, industry events, and existing business relationships.
- Lead the complete sales cycle, from lead generation and requirement discovery through proposal, negotiation, closure, and account development.
- Demonstrate solid understanding of IT recruitment and staffing services,



including permanent hiring, contract staffing, contract-to-hire, and project-based staffing.
- Work closely with recruitment teams to translate client requirements into actionable hiring mandates and ensure quality candidate delivery and timely closures.
- Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline, maintain accurate CRM/lead data, and consistently achieve assigned revenue and business-development targets.
- Possess excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation, presentation, influencing, and interpersonal skills, with strong confidence in client-facing discussions.
- Be a target-driven, self-motivated, and proactive business development professional with a strong ownership mindset, willingness to work from the Bangalore office, and the ambition to grow with the organization through performance-based incentives and leadership opportunities.
