About the Role

We’re looking for an Artist Manager who can manage our inhouse artist(DHAVAL KOTHARI) end-to-end — from day-to-day coordination and opportunities to campaigns, releases, collaborations, and overall growth opportunities.

You’ll work closely with artist, brands, labels, agencies, and internal teams to make sure projects move smoothly and opportunities are executed effectively.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage artists and handle end-to-end artist requirements
- Coordinate with artist, labels, brands, agencies, and other stakeholders
- Identify and develop brand, collaboration, performance, and campaign opportunities
- Plan and coordinate artist releases, campaigns, shoots, events, and appearances
- Handle negotiations, commercial discussions, timelines, and deliverables
- Manage artist schedules, meetings, travel, and day-to-day coordination
- Build and maintain strong relationships within the music and entertainment industry
- Work with internal teams on content, marketing, social media, and campaigns
- Track ongoing projects and ensure timely execution




- Support the artist’s overall brand positioning and growth opportunities

Requirements

- 1–2 years of experience in artist management, talent management, music, entertainment, or a related field
- Solid communication and negotiation skills
- Excellent coordination and relationship-building abilities
- Good understanding of the music and entertainment industry
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Strong problem-solving and follow-up skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Willingness to travel when required

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
