Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced *Planning Engineer* to manage project planning, scheduling, monitoring, and progress reporting for construction projects. The candidate should have good knowledge of construction activities, project scheduling, and coordination with site and management teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 / MS Project.

Prepare baseline schedules, weekly and monthly work plans.

Monitor actual project progress against planned schedules.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.

Track project milestones, delays, and critical activities.

Coordinate with Project Managers, Site Engineers, QA/QC, Safety, Procurement, and Accounts teams.

Prepare S-curves, progress charts, and productivity reports.

Identify delays and prepare recovery/action plans.

Monitor manpower, material, and equipment requirements as per project schedules.

Conduct regular site visits to verify actual progress.

Maintain updated schedules and provide management with progress and delay analysis.

Assist in preparing client billing/progress-related documentation.





Prepare look-ahead plans and coordinate with site teams for execution.

Analyze project performance and highlight potential risks to management.

Maintain proper planning and project documentation.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Civil Engineering.

5–6 years of experience in planning for civil/construction projects.

Good working knowledge of Primavera P6 and/or MS Project .

Strong knowledge of construction activities and project scheduling.

Good knowledge of MS Excel and preparation of MIS reports.

Ability to analyze project delays and prepare recovery schedules.

Good communication and coordination skills.

Ability to work under deadlines and coordinate with multiple departments.

Preferred:

Experience in building, infrastructure, residential, commercial, or large-scale civil construction projects

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
