Position: Conversion Designer (UI/UX & Direct Response)
Schedule: Monday to Friday | 10:30 AM – 7:30 PM Philippine Time

We’re looking for a Conversion Designer who combines strong UI/UX skills with direct-response thinking to create digital experiences that look great and drive results.

Responsibilities

- Design high-converting landing pages, sales funnels, and web experiences
- Create responsive designs for desktop, tablet, and mobile
- Turn marketing copy, offers, and campaigns into compelling visual experiences
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and polished designs in Figma
- Collaborate with marketing and development teams to improve conversion and user experience

Requirements

- Strong Figma proficiency
- Solid UI/UX and visual design skills
- Experience designing landing pages and websites




- Understanding of conversion-focused and direct-response design
- Solid eye for typography, layout, spacing, and visual hierarchy
- Portfolio showcasing relevant work
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Bonus: Experience with CRO, A/B testing, sales funnels, SaaS, or performance marketing.
