The Role: Virtual Relationship Manager
We're looking for a Virtual Relationship Manager to join our Insurance team and drive health insurance sales through telesales. This is a client-facing role where you'll own the full sales cycle — from pitching new policies to advising customers on the right coverage — while building trust and long-term relationships remotely.
What You'll Own
- Drive new health insurance sales closures via telesales, working toward monthly closure targets
- Advise customers on suitable health insurance policies based on their needs
- Manage customer filing and documentation through the sales process
- Own client-side advisory work, ensuring a smooth and trustworthy buying experience
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to support repeat business and referrals
What we're looking for
- 1-2 years of experience in insurance sales, preferably health insurance/telesales
- Track record of new insurance sales closures of up to ₹2 lakh per month (non-renewal business)
- Minimum qualification of 12th pass; graduates welcome
- Strong communication and consultative selling skills
- Life insurance sales experience is a strong plus
- Proficiency in an additional South Indian language is a plus
