About the Role
We are looking for a skilled and passionate professional who is experienced in both skin treatments and nail art services. The ideal candidate should deliver premium client experiences while maintaining high standards of hygiene and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
Skin Therapy
* Perform skin analysis and client consultations.
* Carry out facials, clean-ups, Korean skincare treatments, and medi-facials.
* Assist doctors during advanced aesthetic procedures.
* Perform HydraFacial, Carbon Facial, Chemical Peel preparation, and post-treatment care (as per clinic protocols).
* Educate clients on skincare routines and recommend suitable products.
* Maintain treatment records and follow-up with clients.
Nail Art Services
* Manicure and Pedicure
* Gel Polish Application
* Nail Extensions (Gel/Acrylic)
* French Nails
* Ombre Nails
* Chrome Nails
* Cat Eye Nails
* 3D Nail Art
* Nail Repair and Removal
* Nail Care Consultation
General Responsibilities
* Maintain strict hygiene and sterilization standards.
* Ensure treatment rooms and nail stations are clean and organized.
* Deliver excellent customer service.
* Promote and upsell treatments, memberships, and skincare products.
* Maintain daily treatment and sales records.
* Stay updated on Korean beauty trends and techniques.

Qualification
* Diploma or Certification in Beauty Therapy / Cosmetology / Aesthetics.
* Certification in Nail Art / Nail Technology is mandatory.
* 2–4 years of experience in a reputed salon or aesthetic clinic.
Preferred Candidate
* Well-groomed and skilled.
* Good communication skills (English and Tamil preferred).
* Positive attitude with a customer-centric approach.
* Willingness to learn Korean aesthetics techniques.
* Ability to work in a premium clinic environments
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
