Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end Recent Product Development (NPD) activities from concept to production.
- Study customer drawings, specifications, and technical requirements.
- Prepare and review BOM, process sheets, work instructions, and routing.
- Coordinate with Design, Production, Quality, Purchase, Stores, and other departments.
- Conduct product trials and monitor development activities.
- Identify and resolve technical issues during product development and production trials.
- Support preparation of prototype samples and first-off samples.
- Conduct feasibility studies for new products.
- Develop and optimize manufacturing processes for recent products.
- Coordinate with suppliers for development of components, raw materials, and tooling.
- Monitor tooling, fixtures, gauges, and other development requirements.
- Prepare and maintain NPD documentation and development records.
- Conduct root cause analysis for development-related issues and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure products meet customer specifications, quality standards, and production requirements.
- Support PPAP/APQP activities wherever applicable.




- Conduct process validation and ensure smooth transfer of new products to production.
- Identify opportunities for cost reduction and process improvement.
- Maintain project timelines and ensure timely completion of development activities.
- Participate in Kaizen, 5S, Lean Manufacturing, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with company quality, safety, and environmental procedures.

Required Skills

- Good knowledge of manufacturing processes and production methods.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD / SolidWorks / Creo or relevant design software.
- Understanding of GD&T;, engineering drawings, and product specifications.
- Knowledge of APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, SPC will be an advantage.
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Knowledge of 5 Why, Fishbone, and Root Cause Analysis.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and documentation.
- Ability to manage multiple development projects and meet deadlines.

Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
