Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Lead Business Analyst (6+ Years) on behalf of our premier client in Hyderabad. In this critical leadership role, you will lead a high-performing team of business analysts, shaping robust digital solutions and establishing elite delivery standards. Acting as the functional anchor for US EST-based projects, you will turn complex financial problems into transparent, actionable technical outcomes by translating senior stakeholder requirements into crystal-clear documentation and process workflows.

Key Responsibilities

1. Team Leadership & Capability Building

- People Management: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Business Analysts—setting direction, reviewing deliverables, and systematically building execution capabilities.
- Practice Governance: Define and drive BA best practices, standardized templates, operational standards, and continuous process improvements.

2. End-to-End Requirement Engineering

- Requirement Ownership: Own requirement gathering, scoping, analysis, and comprehensive documentation end-to-end, ensuring the highest quality and consistency of artifacts.
- Functional Specifications: Partner closely with C-suite and senior stakeholders to translate ambiguous business needs into functional specifications, process maps, and Agile user stories.
- Delivery Synchronization: Work hand-in-hand with Product, Engineering, and Delivery teams to bring platforms to life, proactively resolving cross-functional blockers.

3. Validation & Testing Oversight





- Sign-off Management: Oversee testing strategies, functional validation, and user acceptance testing (UAT) to secure final stakeholder sign-off across multiple active workstreams.
- Data-Informed Insights: Champion data-informed decision-making and ensure clear, crisp, and actionable communication across borders.

Mandatory Selection Criteria (Applications without these will not be considered):

- Overall Experience: Minimum 6+ years of progressive experience operating as a core Business Analyst.
- Leadership Track: Proven experience leading, mentoring, and coordinating work across multiple analysts and global team structures.
- BFSI Domain Expertise: At least 2+ recent, continuous years operating heavily within the BFSI (Banking, Financial Services & Insurance) sector.
- Core Competency Check: Master-level skills in writing Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), functional maps, and managing complex stakeholder relationships.
- Operational Shift Flexibility: Must be fully willing to support calls and synchronize workflows during US EST hours to align with US-based client teams.
- Soft Skills: Elite verbal and written communication skills paired with sharp analytical framing and an approach rooted in data.

Preferred Technical Competencies:

- Hands-on configuration exposure or functional understanding of Unqork or alternative enterprise low-code / no-code delivery platforms.

Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹3,000,000.00 per year
