Kryston Infratech is looking for a confident and customer-focused Telesales Executive to handle incoming enquiries, make outbound calls and generate qualified leads for our construction, interior design and related services.

The candidate will communicate with prospective customers, understand their requirements, explain our services and schedule meetings or site visits for the sales team.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
- Handle incoming customer enquiries.
- Explain company services clearly and professionally.
- Understand customer requirements and identify potential opportunities.
- Generate qualified leads for the sales team.
- Follow up regularly with prospective customers.
- Schedule client meetings and site visits.
- Maintain daily call and lead records.
- Update customer information and follow-up status.
- Coordinate with the sales and business development team.




- Achieve assigned daily and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 2–5 years of experience in telesales, telecalling, customer service or sales preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills and a willingness to learn may also be considered.
- Excellent Hindi and English communication skills.
- Knowledge of local languages will be an advantage.
- Pleasant and professional telephone manner.
- Comfortable making a high volume of calls and following up with prospective customers.
- Basic computer knowledge.
