ASPL LABS is looking for a responsible and experienced HR Manager to manage day-to-day human resource operations and support the organization in recruitment, employee management, attendance, payroll coordination, and HR administration.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage recruitment and selection of staff across departments.
- Coordinate job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and joining formalities.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and HR documentation.
- Handle employee onboarding and exit formalities.
- Coordinate payroll inputs, salary-related records, and full & final settlements.
- Manage employee grievances and workplace-related issues.
- Ensure proper implementation of company HR policies and procedures.
- Monitor employee performance, discipline, and attendance.
- Prepare HR reports and maintain confidential employee information.




- Coordinate with management regarding staffing requirements and employee matters.
- Ensure compliance with applicable employment rules and internal policies.

Requirements

- Graduate degree; MBA/PG Diploma in HR will be preferred.
- 2–5 years of relevant HR experience preferred.
- Valuable knowledge of recruitment and employee management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Office/Excel and HR documentation.
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
- Solid organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Candidates with experience in healthcare, diagnostic laboratories, hospitals, or medical organizations will be preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
