We are looking for a data-driven Performance Marketing Specialist with hands on experience(1-2 years) in Meta Ads (Facebook). The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, optimizing, and scaling paid advertising campaigns to generate sales and revenue growth while maintaining profitable acquisition costs with good ROAS.
Required Skills
- Solid expertise in Meta Ads Manager.
- Advanced understanding of Meta Pixel, Conversion API (CAPI) and event tracking.
- Experience with GA4, GTM, and attribution models.
- Knowledge of customer acquisition funnels and retargeting strategies.
- Solid analytical and reporting skills.
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and marketing dashboards.
- Ability to manage and optimize large advertising budgets.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
