- Generate leads through calls, referrals, digital marketing, brokers, and other sources.
- Contact prospective customers and understand their property requirements.
- Explain project details, pricing, payment plans, amenities, and available inventory.
- Schedule and conduct property/site visits.
- Follow up with leads and maintain the sales pipeline.
- Convert prospects into bookings and achieve monthly sales targets.




- Negotiate with customers and assist in closing deals.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Coordinate with developers, channel partners, finance teams, and legal/documentation teams.
- Update customer information and sales activities in CRM.
- Prepare daily and weekly sales reports.
- Keep track of market trends, competitor projects, and property prices.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Solid sales and negotiation abilities.
- Customer-focused attitude.
- Good follow-up and relationship-management skills.
- Ability to work under sales targets.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
- Graduate in any discipline.
- MBA/PGDM in Sales & Marketing will be an advantage.
- Previous experience in real estate, sales, banking, insurance, or business development is preferred

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
