Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and creative Graphic Designer with 6-7 years of professional experience to support our Internal Communications team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating compelling visual designs that enhance employee engagement, strengthen internal branding, and effectively communicate key organizational messages.

Key Responsibilities

- Design visually engaging assets for internal communication campaigns, newsletters, presentations, emailers, and digital communication channels.
- Develop creative concepts, branding elements, infographics, illustrations, and marketing collateral.
- Transform complex business messages into explicit and impactful visual content.
- Support employee engagement initiatives, HR programs, leadership communications, L&D; campaigns, and corporate events.
- Ensure consistency with brand guidelines across all design deliverables.
- Create layouts, presentations, digital banners, and communication materials for various internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand communication objectives and deliver creative solutions.
- Manage multiple design projects while meeting tight deadlines.
- Stay updated with industry trends, design best practices, and emerging creative tools.

Required Skills

- 6-7 years of experience in Graphic Design, Visual Design, or Corporate Communications Design.




- Strong expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects).
- Proficiency in Figma and Canva.
- Strong understanding of visual storytelling, typography, color theory, and layout design.
- Experience creating infographics, presentations, newsletters, digital assets, and branding materials.
- Ability to develop creative concepts aligned with communication objectives.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Portfolio showcasing corporate, branding, and digital design projects.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in Internal Communications or Corporate Communications.
- Motion Graphics and Animation experience.
- Video Editing skills.
- Exposure to UI/UX Design.
