We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced HR Payroll Executive to manage end-to-end payroll processing, employee attendance, statutory compliance, and HR-related documentation. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of payroll processes, labour laws, and HR systems, with excellent attention to detail and confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the complete monthly payroll process from attendance inputs to salary disbursement.
- Verify employee attendance, leave, overtime, incentives, deductions, and other payroll inputs.
- Maintain accurate employee payroll and HR records.
- Process salary calculations, payslips, reimbursements, bonuses, and full-and-final settlements.
- Handle statutory deductions and compliance such as PF, ESI, PT, TDS, and other applicable requirements.
- Prepare and submit statutory returns and payroll-related reports within prescribed timelines.




- Coordinate with Finance/Accounts for salary processing and bank transfers.
- Address employee queries related to salary, deductions, attendance, leave, and perks.
- Maintain employee master data and update changes related to joining, resignation, salary revisions, transfers, and promotions.
- Support onboarding, employee documentation, and exit formalities.
- Prepare monthly HR and payroll MIS reports.
- Ensure payroll data confidentiality and compliance with company policies.
- Assist HR management during audits and inspections.
- Stay updated on changes in applicable labour and payroll regulations.

Pay: ₹14,668.65 - ₹33,902.87 per month
