We are hiring an energetic, ambitious, and self-motivated Field Sales Executive to expand our client base. In this role, your primary responsibility will be finding new prospective clients through outbound cold calling and direct in-person visits.

Freshers with strong communication skills, confidence, and a passion for sales are encouraged to apply. We provide complete on-the-job training to help you succeed.

Key Responsibilities

- Active Prospecting: Identify potential business opportunities and approach current prospects daily via phone calls (cold calling) and on-ground field visits.
- Lead Generation: Pitch company products/services to business owners and decision-makers, creating interest and booking follow-up meetings.
- Client Engagement: Introduce solutions clearly, address prospect questions, and handle objections with confidence.
- Daily Reporting: Maintain accurate records of daily outreach numbers (calls made, visits completed, leads pipeline) and follow-up schedules.
- Target Achievement:



Work toward achieving weekly and monthly lead-generation and conversion targets.

Candidate Profile & Requirements

- Experience: Freshers welcome! (0–1 year of experience in telecalling, retail, customer service, or field work is a plus).
- Education: 12th Pass / Graduate in any stream.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills in English and local languages.
- Mindset: High energy, resilient, self-motivated, and comfortable approaching strangers both over the phone and in person.
- Mobility: Must be willing to travel locally for field prospecting and client meetings (owning a two-wheeler with a valid driving license is preferred).

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
