Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated Project Coordinator to support the Project Manager and site team in coordinating day-to-day project activities, documentation, schedules, and follow-ups. The role is suitable for freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in coordinating daily project activities with site engineers, contractors, vendors, and consultants.
- Maintain project documents, reports, drawings, trackers, and records.
- Monitor project schedules, milestones, and pending activities.
- Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and MIS updates.
- Coordinate meetings and maintain minutes of meetings and action points.
- Follow up with vendors and contractors regarding materials, manpower, and timelines.
- Assist the Project Manager in identifying delays, issues, and pending tasks.
- Conduct site visits and coordinate with the site team as required.




- Ensure timely communication between the project office and site teams.
- Support procurement, billing, and other project-related administrative activities.

Qualification & Skills

- Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- 0–1 year of experience; freshers can apply.
- Basic knowledge of construction/project coordination.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Project, or Primavera will be an added advantage.
- Positive communication, coordination, follow-up, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work at project sites and coordinate with multiple teams.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
