Visitor Visa Counsellor – UK, Australia, USA & Schengen

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Visitor Visa Counsellor who can counsel clients and manage visitor/tourist visa applications for the UK, Australia, USA, and Schengen countries. The candidate will be responsible for client profiling, visa counselling, documentation guidance, application preparation, follow-ups, and achieving assigned conversion targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Counsel clients for UK Standard Visitor Visa, Australia Visitor Visa, USA B1/B2 Visa, and Schengen Visitor/Tourist Visa applications.
- Understand the client's travel purpose, financial profile, travel history, employment/business background, and family circumstances.
- Assess the applicant's profile and provide appropriate guidance regarding visa eligibility and documentation.
- Explain visa procedures, documentation requirements, processing timelines, and appointment procedures.
- Assist clients in preparing accurate and complete visa application forms.
- Review financial, employment, business, travel, accommodation, sponsorship, and other supporting documents.
- Identify documentation gaps or inconsistencies and guide clients on appropriate supporting evidence.
- Prepare clients for visa interviews, particularly for USA B1/B2 and other applicable visa categories.
- Guide clients regarding biometrics, embassy/consulate appointments, VFS/TLS/other application-centre procedures, wherever applicable.
- Maintain regular follow-up with clients from initial counselling until visa decision.
- Coordinate with the documentation and visa-processing teams to ensure timely submission of applications.
- Maintain complete and updated client records in CRM/software.
- Follow up on leads through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.




- Convert prospective leads into confirmed clients while maintaining ethical and skilled counselling practices.
- Achieve monthly sales, counselling, conversion, and revenue targets.
- Keep updated with changes in visitor visa rules, documentation requirements, application procedures, and immigration policies.
- Handle client objections professionally and provide accurate information without making false promises regarding visa approval.
- Maintain confidentiality of client information and documents.

Required Skills

- Excellent English communication and counselling skills.
- Strong knowledge of UK, Australia, USA, and Schengen visitor visa processes.
- Excellent client-handling and relationship-management skills.
- Strong documentation and application-review skills.
- Good knowledge of visa portals and appointment procedures.
- Strong follow-up and lead-conversion ability.
- Target-oriented and sales-focused approach.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to handle multiple applications simultaneously.
- Professional and ethical approach to visa counselling.

Qualification & Experience

- Graduate in any discipline.
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in Visitor Visa/Immigration/Travel Consultancy preferred.
- Candidates with proven experience in UK, Australia, USA B1/B2 and Schengen visitor visa processing will be preferred.
- Candidates with strong sales and visa-conversion experience will have an added advantage.

Pay: ₹11,170.03 - ₹35,610.45 per month
