We are looking for motivated and agile Tele Sales Executives ( Telugu & Kannada) to join our team. If you are passionate about the agriculture sector and have a drive for sales, this is an excellent opportunity for you to build a rewarding career with us.

Key Responsibilities:

- - Conduct tele sales for agriculture inputs including farm tools, fertilizers, pesticides, and bio stimulants. ,farm machinary and Agricultire tools.
- - Proactively reach out to potential clients and customers.
- - Maintain strong relationships with customers by understanding their requirements and providing effective solutions.
- - Meet and exceed sales targets through effective sales pitches and lead conversions.
- - Provide accurate product information and answer customer queries.
- - Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales progress.
- - Collaborate with the sales team to achieve overall sales goals.

Key Qualifications:

- - Education: Diploma or Graduation in Agriculture from a reputed institution.
- - Experience: 1-2 years of experience in tele sales or similar roles within the agriculture industry.

Skills

- - Excellent communication and negotiation skills.




- - Self-motivated with a passion for sales and agriculture.
- - Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- - Strong customer service skills.
- - Career-oriented with a mindset for long-term association with the company.
