Job Summary

We are looking for a Logistics & Transport Tracking Executive to manage day-to-day transportation activities, track vehicle movements, coordinate with transporters and drivers, and ensure timely delivery of goods.

Key Responsibilities

- Track all vehicle movements and shipment status from dispatch to delivery.
- Coordinate with transporters, drivers, customers, and internal teams.
- Maintain daily vehicle tracking, dispatch, delivery, and POD records.
- Follow up on delayed shipments and resolve transportation-related issues.
- Monitor loading, unloading, transit, and delivery schedules.
- Coordinate with third-party logistics partners and transport vendors.
- Maintain accurate records of LR/GR, e-way bills, PODs, invoices, and other transport documents.
- Prepare daily/weekly transport tracking and delivery status reports.
- Verify freight details and coordinate with Accounts for transport-related documentation.
- Ensure timely communication of delays,



route issues, breakdowns, or other exceptions to management.
- Maintain transporter performance and delivery records.
- Support cost control and efficient utilization of transportation resources.

Required Skills

- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Robust follow-up and problem-solving ability.
- Good knowledge of logistics and transportation processes.
- Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets.
- Ability to handle multiple shipments and follow-ups simultaneously.
- Experience working with transporters, drivers, and 3PL/logistics companies will be preferred.
- Should be proactive, responsible, and detail-oriented.

Qualification

Graduate in any discipline; Diploma/degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Operations will be an advantage.

Preferred Candidate

A candidate who can independently handle vehicle tracking, transporter coordination, dispatch follow-up, delivery monitoring, and daily logistics reporting with minimal supervision.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
