Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented E-commerce Intern to support and learn end-to-end online

marketplace operations. This internship offers hands-on exposure to leading e-commerce platforms such as

Amazon and Flipkart, covering product listings, advertising, order management, and performance analysis.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in managing and updating product listings, pricing, creative, and content across marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, etc.
- Support the planning, execution, and optimization of marketplace advertising campaigns including.
- Amazon Ads and Flipkart Ads (Sponsored Products, keyword targeting, bids, and budgets).
- Track and monitor key performance metrics such as TACoS (Total Advertising Cost of Sales) to improve campaign efficiency.
- Contribute to month-on-month (MoM) sales growth initiatives through listing optimization, promotions, and campaign analysis.
- Coordinate with internal teams and marketplace account managers for campaign execution and issue resolution.
- Assist in monitoring customer orders, returns, cancellations, and refunds to ensure smooth operations.
- Support inventory tracking, stock planning,



and dispatch coordination with the operations/warehouse team.
- Help ensure product compliance, visibility, and participation in marketplace-led promotional activities.
- Prepare basic sales, advertising, and inventory reports using MS Excel / Google Sheets.

Eligibility & Skills

- Pursuing or completed graduation in any discipline (Commerce / Business preferred).
- Freshers or students with a strong interest in E-commerce and Marketplace Advertising are encouraged to apply.
- Basic understanding of Amazon Seller Central and Flipkart Seller Hub is an added advantage.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
- Good communication, coordination, and analytical skills.
- Willingness to learn and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
