Job Title: Operations Manager

Job Description:

We are looking for a responsible and proactive Operations Manager to manage day-to-day field operations and coordinate between the company's Head Office, employees, and government authorities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Visit government offices and client locations as required.
- Coordinate and maintain communication between the Head Office, field employees, and government officials.
- Supervise manpower deployment and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Handle attendance, employee-related issues, and operational requirements.
- Liaise with government departments and officials regarding work-related matters.
- Prepare and submit necessary documents/reports and follow up on official matters.
- Ensure timely resolution of operational issues.
- Travel to different work locations as required (Throughout West Bengal).

Requirements:

- 12th pass/ Graduate preferred.
- Freshers can apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to coordinate with government officials and field staff.




- Willingness to travel within the assigned area.
- No personal vehicle required.
- Travelling expenses will be borne by the company.

Job Details:

- Working Hours: 10:30 AM – 6:30 PM
- Salary: ₹12,000(Fresher) – ₹15,000(Experienced) per month
- Employment Type: Full-time
- Experience: Both freshers and Experienced
