We are hiring a Credit Control Executive at our company, your primary responsibility will be to handle credit assessments, decisions, and terms and conditions.

Role & responsibilities

Continuously follow up with customers via mail, phone calls, and visits, demonstrating proficiency in spoken and written English.

Submit monthly, quarterly, and half-yearly invoices to customers through email and physical visits, while keeping track of all communications.

Monitor and reconcile receivables accounts on a monthly basis.

Prepare reports using your sound knowledge of Microsoft Excel.

Achieve the monthly collection target set for your customers. -

Update the follow-up tracker daily/monthly and ensure timely collection of cheques from customers.





Preferred candidate profile

Must have experience in handling a team. -

Possess excellent teamwork, organization, and communication skills. -

Robust analytical skills and attention to detail. -

Hold at least a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Mathematics, or a related field. - Familiarity with data entry and analysis. -

Ability to listen to customers and negotiate winning solutions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
