Job Description – Sr.Manager - Supply Chain & Logistics

Role Overview

We are looking for a hands-on Manager – Operations, Logistics & Procurement to own day-to-day order fulfilment, logistics, courier management and procurement operations, with a strong focus on delivery performance, NDR/RTO reduction and inventory availability.

Key Responsibilities

- Order Operations: Manage order verification, customer intent and address validation; drive COD-to-prepaid conversion and payment recovery wherever applicable.
- Logistics & Shipment Management: Monitor shipments from dispatch to delivery/RTO, proactively identify ageing, delayed and exception shipments, and ensure timely resolution.
- NDR/RTO Management: Drive NDR resolution, RTO prevention, customer calling, payment recovery and re-dispatch of eligible orders.
- Courier Management: Manage courier/aggregator partners and escalations; analyse delivery, RTO and ageing performance by courier, state, city and pincode and optimise courier allocation.
- Procurement & Inventory: Manage vendor coordination,



pricing/MOQ discussions and procurement timelines; monitor critical SKU availability and prevent stock-outs.
- MIS & Team Coordination: Maintain operational MIS and coordinate calling/operations activities, workload allocation and case closure.

Ideal Candidate

- 3–4 years of experience in logistics aggregation, e-commerce logistics, D2C, 3PL or last-mile operations.
- Candidates from Shiprocket or similar logistics-tech/courier aggregation companies preferred.
- Robust hands-on experience in NDR/RTO, shipment tracking, courier management and procurement coordination.
- Strong Excel/MIS skills, ownership, analytical ability, negotiation and execution orientation.

The candidate should be capable of independently owning operations and driving measurable improvements in delivery performance, NDR/RTO and inventory availability.

Pay: ₹32,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
