Despatch Incharge – Job Requirement

Qualification: Diploma / Any Graduate

Experience: 01–03years in Dispatch / Logistics / Warehouse operations, preferably from a Pharmaceutical industry/ manufacturing sector

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day dispatch operations and ensure timely in delivery.

Plan and coordinate dispatch schedules as per customer requirements.

Prepare and verify dispatch documents, invoices, delivery kchallans, e-way bills, etc.

Coordinate with Production, Stores, Sales, Transporters and Customers.Ensure proper packing, loading and material handling.

Maintain dispatch records, stock movement and documentation.

Coordinate with transporters and track shipments until delivery.

Ensure proper FIFO and inventory control.





Handle customer complaints related to dispatch and delivery.

Ensure compliance with company safety and quality procedures.

Lead and supervise dispatch/warehouse staff.

Required Skills:

Positive knowledge of dispatch and logistics processes.

Good communication and coordination skills.

Team handling and problem-solving ability.

Basic knowledge of MS Excel.

Ability to work under pressure and meet dispatch deadlines.
