Job Title: Sales Executive – Corporate Sales

Department: Sales & Marketing
Reports To: Sales Manager / Director of Sales

Job Summary:
Responsible for generating corporate business for the hotel by identifying potential clients, developing business relationships, promoting hotel services, and achieving assigned sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and approach corporate companies for hotel business.
- Generate leads and convert them into corporate accounts.
- Conduct client visits, sales calls, and business meetings.
- Promote hotel rooms, restaurants, banquet facilities, and other services.
- Develop and maintain robust relationships with corporate clients.
- Handle corporate enquiries, quotations, negotiations, and follow-ups.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Coordinate with Front Office, F&B;, Banquets, and Reservations for client requirements.
- Maintain regular contact with existing corporate clients and generate repeat business.
- Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and corporate opportunities.




- Maintain daily sales call reports and update client information in the CRM/database.
- Participate in corporate events, exhibitions, and networking activities.
- Ensure excellent customer service and resolve client concerns professionally.

Skills & Qualifications:

- Graduate / Hotel Management qualification preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in hotel sales, preferably corporate sales.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Good knowledge of the corporate market and local business area.
- Target-oriented and confident in client handling.
- Good networking and relationship-building skills.
- Professional grooming and positive attitude.
- Willingness to travel for client visits.
- Knowledge of MS Office and CRM/PMS systems is an advantage.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
