Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Team Leader to manage and guide a team, ensure achievement of business targets, and maintain high standards of customer service and operational performance. Candidates with banking or financial services experience will have an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, manage, and motivate a team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
- Monitor team performance and ensure productivity and quality standards are maintained.
- Conduct regular team meetings, coaching sessions, and performance reviews.
- Track KPIs such as productivity, quality, attendance, conversion, and customer satisfaction.
- Provide feedback and support to team members to improve their performance.
- Handle escalations and resolve customer or operational issues effectively.
- Prepare and share daily/weekly/monthly performance reports with management.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, processes, and compliance requirements.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Identify performance gaps and implement corrective and improvement plans.




- Support recruitment, training, onboarding, and development of team members when required.

Requirements

- 2–4 years of total experience, preferably with Team Leader / Senior Executive / Supervisory experience.
- Experience in Banking, Financial Services, NBFC, or related industries will be an added advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good leadership and team-management abilities.
- Target-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel and reporting tools.
- Ability to motivate and develop team members.
