ROLE SUMMARY

To ensure reliable machine performance across the site by strengthening preventive maintenance, accelerating breakdown response, controlling critical spares, and leading the maintenance team to minimize machine downtime and recurring failures.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

- Plan, schedule, and execute preventive maintenance for machines, utilities, and critical equipment.

- Lead breakdown response and ensure quick restoration with minimum impact on production.

- Maintain PM records, breakdown history, machine checklists, spare usage logs, and audit-ready documentation.

- Manage critical spare inventory through minimum–maximum stock levels, consumption tracking, and timely replenishment.

- Coordinate with the Purchase Department for spare procurement, vendor follow-up, technical clarification, and outsourcing support.

- Analyze repeated failures, identify root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions.

- Allocate work to technicians, monitor execution quality,



and maintain team discipline regarding safety and response time.

- Ensure safe maintenance practices, proper tool usage, good housekeeping, and compliance with plant safety standards.

IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE

We are looking for a maintenance qualified with strong ownership, sound technical judgment, disciplined documentation habits, and the ability to lead the maintenance team effectively under production pressure.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in industrial maintenance, preventive and breakdown maintenance, troubleshooting, spare management, team coordination, and maintenance documentation. Paper industry experience will be preferred.
