AGM / DGM Finance & Accounts

Roles & Responsibilities
Manufacturing Accounting & Costing: Manage product costing, bill of materials (BOM) tracking, inventory valuation, and variance analysis.

Financial Reporting & Controls: Oversee general ledger operations, month-end/year-end book closures, and financial statement finalization

Working Capital & Treasury: Optimize cash flow, manage working capital, handle bank lines of credit, and deal with financial institutions.

Statutory Compliance & Taxation: Ensure adherence to GST, TDS, Income Tax, corporate laws, and local plant-level regulatory requirements.

Budgeting & MIS: Drive annual operating plans (AOP), periodic forecasting, and management information systems (MIS)



reporting for profitability insights.

Qualification
Only Qualified CA and CMA will be considered

Experience
12 to 20+ years of progressive finance and accounting experience, with solid exposure to industrial or plant manufacturing.

ERP Proficiency: Deep hands-on knowledge of enterprise systems like SAP (FICO/MM modules) or Oracle and advanced Excel.

Work Location
Sulur, Coimbatore

Pay: ₹160,000.00 - ₹250,000.00 per month
