Key Responsibilities

- Welcome and greet customers professionally and understand their jewellery requirements.
- Assist customers in selecting suitable gold jewellery based on their preferences, occasion, and budget.
- Explain product details including design, purity, weight, pricing, making charges, and offers.
- Demonstrate jewellery collections and provide suitable recommendations.
- Achieve individual and showroom sales targets through effective selling and upselling.
- Promote matching products and encourage cross-selling.
- Build strong relationships with customers and encourage repeat business.
- Handle customer queries and objections professionally.
- Assist with billing, invoicing, payment, exchange, and return procedures as per company policy.
- Maintain proper display and presentation of jewellery counters.
- Assist in stock checking, product arrangement, tagging, and inventory-related activities.




- Maintain accurate customer records and follow up with customers regarding new collections and offers.
- Ensure proper handling and security of jewellery products.
- Maintain a polite, professional, and customer-friendly approach at all times.

- Basic computer/POS knowledge.
- Knowledge of gold jewellery is an advantage; freshers can be trained.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
