Job Summary:
A Performance Marketing Specialist focuses on driving measurable results in digital advertising through targeted campaigns across platforms such as Google, Facebook, and Instagram. The role involves analyzing campaign data, optimizing performance, managing budgets, and ensuring a high Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize paid media campaigns across Google Ads and other search platforms to drive ROAS, leads and conversions.
- Strong expertise in Google Ads and Google Analytics, covering Search, Display, Discovery, Performance Max, UAC, and YouTube Ads.
- Develop data-driven strategies aligned with campaign structure, targeting,
creatives, and optimization.Monitor campaign performance and optimize results using analytics, performance data, and key marketing metrics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive campaign growth, scalability, and process improvements.
- Stay updated on industry and platform trends while maintaining strong ownership and accountability.
Job Qualification & Skill Sets:
- 1–6 years of relevant experience in a digital marketing agency or EdTech industry; Master’s degree in Marketing preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
