We are looking for a professional and well-organized HR Executive to manage recruitment, employee relations, attendance, payroll coordination, and day-to-day HR activities in a hospitality environment.

Key Responsibilities

Handle recruitment and selection of hotel/hospitality staff.

Coordinate interviews, joining formalities, and employee onboarding.

Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and personnel files.

Coordinate with management regarding staffing requirements.

Support payroll preparation and salary-related activities.

Handle employee queries, grievances, and disciplinary matters.

Ensure compliance with company HR policies and applicable labour regulations.

Conduct employee engagement and training activities.

Monitor staff discipline, grooming, attendance, and workplace behaviour.

Coordinate with all departments to maintain adequate staffing.

Prepare HR reports and maintain confidential employee information.





Requirements

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field.

1–3 years of HR experience, preferably in hotels, restaurants, resorts, or hospitality.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong knowledge of MS Office and basic HR systems.

Good understanding of recruitment, attendance, leave, and payroll processes.

Professional personality and strong organizational skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Preferred Candidate

Pleasant personality and professional communication.

Solid people-management and problem-solving skills.

Hindi and English communication skills preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
