Job Title: SEO & Performance Marketing Specialist

(D2C Brands)

Experience Required: 3–6 Years (D2C or eCommerce

experience mandatory)

Job Summary

We are looking for a results-driven SEO & Performance Marketing Specialist with proven

experience in D2C brand management. The ideal candidate should have hands-on

expertise in Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and paid media management across

multiple platforms, with a strong focus on driving traffic, conversions, and revenue for

eCommerce brands.

This role requires someone who understands the end-to-end customer journey, from

discovery to conversion, and can optimize both organic and paid channels to scale D2C

brands effectively.

Key Responsibilities

Search Engine Optimization (SEO)

Develop and execute on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategies for

D2C/eCommerce websites.

Perform keyword research, competitor analysis, and content optimization.

Optimize product pages, category pages, and landing pages for higher rankings and

conversions.

Monitor and improve Core Web Vitals, site speed, and technical SEO issues.

Track SEO performance using tools like Google Search Console, Google

Analytics, Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.

Performance Marketing & Paid Ads

Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across:

Google Ads

Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)

TikTok Ads

YouTube Ads

Manage ad budgets, bidding strategies, creatives, and A/B testing.

Track and improve key metrics such as ROAS, CPA, CTR, and conversion rate.

Collaborate with design and content teams to create high-performing ad creatives.Marketplace & Feed Management

Set up, manage, and optimize Google Merchant Center product feeds.

Handle product approvals, disapprovals, and feed optimization for Shopping Ads.





Manage and optimize Microsoft Bing Merchant Center and Bing Ads.

Ensure product data accuracy (titles, descriptions, pricing, GTIN/EAN, images).

D2C Brand Management

Own and manage digital growth strategy for D2C brands.

Align marketing campaigns with brand positioning and business goals.

Analyze customer behavior and funnel performance to improve conversions.

Work closely with product, tech, and content teams to drive consistent growth.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Robust hands-on experience in SEO for eCommerce/D2C brands.

Proven experience managing Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and YouTube

Ads.

Solid understanding of Google Merchant Center and Bing Merchant Center.

Experience in conversion tracking, GA4, Google Tag Manager, and pixel setup.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and take action.

Experience working with Shopify, Magento, or other eCommerce platforms.

Ability to manage multiple campaigns and budgets simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience scaling a D2C brand from early stage to growth stage.

Knowledge of CRO, landing page optimization, and funnel strategy.

Familiarity with influencer marketing and

social commerce is a plus.
