We are looking for a creative and skilled Video Editor & Visual Content Creator who can handle video shooting, video editing, and content creation using Artificial Intelligence. The candidate will be responsible for all our NGO’s programmes, field activities, events, campaigns, impact stories and delivering such content for social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Video Shooting

- Shoot videos for NGO programmes, field activities, events, campaigns, and awareness initiatives.
- Video shoot interviews, beneficiary stories, testimonials, event highlights, and behind-the-scenes content.
- Travel to field locations for video shoots.

Video Editing

- Create and edit videos for Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
- Add subtitles, captions, music, voiceovers, transitions, graphics, and sound effects.
- Perform basic colour correction, audio enhancement, and video optimisation.

AI-Powered Content Creation

- Use AI tools to create cutting-edge content for effective display of the NGOs activities
- Explore and use emerging AI tools to improve the quality and efficiency of existing content.

Required Qualifications

- A degree/diploma in Video making and editing, filmmaking and editing, VFX, Animation, Content creation, Multimedia,



Digital Media. Preference will be given for having multiple capabilities listed,

Experience

- Minimum 1–3 years of relevant experience in the capabilities mentioned under qualification.
- Experience with an NGO, social-impact organisation, development sector, or community-based organisation will be an advantage.

Key Skills

- The ideal candidate should be a visual storyteller who can imagine and ensure outcomes are creative
- Ensure AI-generated or AI-enhanced content is appropriate, accurate, ethical, and aligned with the NGO’s communication guidelines.
- Ability to cut footage to create a natural flow and rhythm of a scene

· Knowing to clean up dialogues, balance audio levels, and add sound effects and background music.

· Understanding colour theory, contrast, exposure adjustments, and establish a consistent visual tone.

- Understanding of manual camera control sensor sizes.
- Knowing how to work with natural light and set up artificial lighting
- Skill in recording clean sound on location.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
