About the Role
We are looking for an experienced professional to drive adoption and growth of a B2B ordering application for the HoReCa industry. The candidate will be responsible for onboarding Hotels, Restaurants, Cafes and distributors, training customers, supporting sales teams and coordinating with internal and technology teams for smooth app operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Onboard Hotels, Restaurants, Cafes and distributors onto the B2B ordering app.
- Conduct product demos and training for chefs, purchase managers and distributor teams.
- Drive migration of offline orders to the digital ordering platform.
- Manage customer and distributor relationships.
- Coordinate with sales, distributors and technology/vendor teams.
- Track app-related operational issues, bugs and resolutions.
- Coordinate on ERP/API integrations and distributor readiness.
- Monitor inventory, pricing and ordering processes.
- Collect customer feedback and coordinate improvements with the technology team.
- Support promotions and campaigns for focus products/SKUs.
- Maintain weekly reports on customer onboarding, app adoption and order volumes.
- Drive increased order volume and usage through the digital platform.
Preferred Candidate Background
Candidates with experience in any of the following areas are preferred:
- Solid B2B sales and customer relationship skills
- Experience handling distributors/channel partners
- Understanding of order management and pricing
- Comfortable working with digital platforms/apps
- Good coordination and follow-up skills
- Ability to troubleshoot operational issues
- Strong communication and customer-handling skills
- Good Excel/reporting skills
- Technology-friendly; coding knowledge is not required
