We are looking for a data-driven Performance Marketing Specialist with strong SEO expertise to manage and optimize our digital marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in paid advertising (PPC) along with solid knowledge of SEO strategies to drive traffic, improve rankings, and maximize ROI.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other channels
- Perform keyword research and implement on-page & off-page SEO strategies
- Manage and improve website rankings and organic traffic
- Conduct technical SEO audits and fix issues (site speed, indexing, crawl errors, etc.)
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, etc.
- Optimize campaigns based on CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROI metrics
- Develop and execute link-building strategies
- Work closely with content and development teams for SEO-friendly implementation
- A/B test ads, landing pages, and targeting strategies
- Prepare regular performance reports and actionable insights

Required Skills & Qualifications:





- 2–3 years of experience in Performance Marketing + SEO
- Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and PPC campaigns
- Good understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO
- Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.
- Knowledge of keyword research, competitor analysis, and content optimization
- Basic understanding of HTML, website structure, and CMS platforms (WordPress, Shopify)
- Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills

Preferred Skills:

- Experience with Google Tag Manager
- Knowledge of conversion tracking & remarketing strategies
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
- Good communication and reporting skills
