This is primarily an SRE role supporting the a UI Service in Kubernetes. The key responsibilities include:
Supporting deployment, operations, and ongoing maintenance of the Karuna service running on Kubernetes.
Monitoring service health, troubleshooting production issues, and ensuring service reliability.
Performing log analysis and debugging using Splunk to identify and resolve incidents.
Basic understanding of Web Components and the ability to perform first-level debugging of UI-related issues. Deep front-end development expertise is not required.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and cloud-native application operations is a plus.
