Job Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to candidates regarding international job opportunities.
- Explain job details, salary, location and recruitment process.
- Generate interest and convert candidates through effective telephonic communication.
- Handle queries and conduct regular follow-ups.
- Maintain candidate records and calling data.
- Achieve daily calling and monthly conversion targets.

Requirements

- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Confident in making outbound calls.
- Tele Sales, Telecalling or Recruitment experience preferred.
- Freshers with valuable communication skills can apply.
- Target-oriented and enthusiastic personality.
