Marketing Executive – Job Description

Position: Marketing Executive
Experience: 1–3 Years
Location: Hyderabad

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and execute marketing activities to increase brand awareness and sales.
- Coordinate with the Sales, Retail, E-commerce, and Operations teams for marketing requirements.
- Manage and support in-store promotions, branding, displays, and marketing campaigns.
- Coordinate with retail stores and channel partners for promotional activities.
- Assist in planning offers, promotions, product launches, and customer engagement activities.
- Monitor competitor activities, market trends, pricing, and promotional strategies.
- Collect and analyze market feedback and share insights with the management.
- Coordinate with external agencies, vendors, designers, and printers for marketing materials.
- Ensure proper execution of POSM, posters, standees, shelf branding, and other promotional materials.
- Maintain marketing activity reports, budgets,



and campaign performance records.
- Support digital and social media marketing activities when required.
- Travel to stores/markets for market visits and ensure proper implementation of marketing activities.

Candidate Requirements

- 1–3 years of experience in Marketing / FMCG / Retail Marketing preferred.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Robust execution and follow-up skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint.
- Creative mindset with an understanding of branding and promotions.
- Willingness to travel for market/store visits.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple activities.
