Job Description

- Develop and maintain project schedules, milestones, and execution plans.
- Monitor project progress and identify schedule risks, delays, and mitigation measures.
- Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, Production, QA/QC, and Construction teams for timely project execution.
- Track project costs, budgets, commitments, and forecast expenditures.
- Prepare project progress reports, dashboards, and management presentations.
- Conduct project review meetings with internal stakeholders and clients.
- Ensure compliance with contract requirements,



project specifications, and company procedures.
- Manage change orders, variation requests, and project documentation.
- Monitor resource allocation and productivity across project activities.
- Coordinate fabrication, load-out, transportation, and offshore installation readiness activities.
- Support risk management by identifying, evaluating, and mitigating project risks.
- Liaise with customers, classification societies, consultants, and subcontractors.
- Ensure adherence to HSE, quality, and operational excellence standards.
- Facilitate lessons learned and project close-out activities
