- Project Planning & Execution
- Develop, maintain, and monitor project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.

Stakeholder Management & Communication

- Organize, attend, and facilitate stakeholder and project meetings.
- Act as the primary point of contact between clients, technical teams, and management.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and drive alignment toward optimal solutions.
- Prepare and deliver presentations, reports, and status updates.

Documentation & Reporting

- Document key decisions, actions, and outcomes from meetings.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation in line with established frameworks.
- Gather and analyze critical information and produce actionable reports.
- Communicate findings, insights, and progress to relevant stakeholders.

Risk & Change Management

- Identify, assess, and manage project risks and issues, proposing appropriate mitigation strategies.
- Evaluate and manage project changes, ensuring proper approvals and documentation.
- Ensure adherence to project governance standards and methodologies.

Team Coordination & Leadership

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including developers, designers, and business teams.




- Chair meetings and ensure distribution of minutes and follow-ups.
- Provide guidance, support, and administrative assistance to project teams as required.

Business Analysis & Solution Delivery

- Conduct requirements gathering and analysis.
- Ensure that delivered solutions meet business needs and functional requirements.
- Work closely with clients and internal teams to define and refine project scope.
- Lead or facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure successful delivery.

Performance Monitoring

- Track project performance against defined metrics (cost, time, quality).
- Ensure compliance with organizational standards, tools, and frameworks.
- Create and manage project timelines to ensure achievement of all milestones and objectives.
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in alignment with business objectives.
- Monitor project deliverables and ensure timely completion.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
