Job description:-

- Coordinate internal projects and determine the best utilization of resources (graphic design, video) to increase client satisfaction.
- Become the SPOC (Single point of contact) to the clients assigned to you.
- Manage their digital presence and aim at achieving the set targets.
- Suggest creative strategies and research on current marketing trends and competitive analysis.
- Attend meetings with clients to understand their requirements.
- Manage the campaigns for the client.
- Being updated with the campaign progress on a daily basis.
- Submitting the client's feedback to the Team Leader regularly.
- Generating and maintaining campaign reports and daily work reports.
- Generating brief documents and submitting the same to the Team Leader.




- Ensuring the timely provision of the bills to the clients and taking up the responsibility of timely payment from them.

Requirement:-

- Proven 1-2 years of experience in Client Servicing.
- Have proven hands-on capabilities working on multiple projects in a rapid-paced environment.
- Have proficiency in Digital Marketing/Advertising
- Can constantly learn and unlearn, willing to share/teach, and are not afraid of experiments and change.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
