Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Dispatch Executive to manage day-to-day dispatch operations, documentation, coordination with transporters, and timely delivery of goods to customers.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and process dispatch orders as per customer requirements.
- Coordinate with Warehouse, Production, Sales, Accounts and Logistics teams.
- Arrange vehicles and coordinate with transporters for timely dispatch.
- Prepare invoices, delivery challans, e-way bills and other dispatch documents.
- Verify quantity, product details, packing and documentation before dispatch.
- Maintain dispatch records, shipment details and transporter information.
- Track dispatched shipments and provide delivery status updates.




- Handle customer and transporter queries related to dispatch and delivery.
- Ensure proper loading, packing and documentation of materials.
- Monitor pending dispatches and ensure timely closure.
- Maintain daily/weekly dispatch reports and MIS.
- Follow company SOPs, safety procedures and documentation standards.

Required Skills

- Good knowledge of dispatch, logistics and warehouse operations.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel and ERP/SAP/Tally.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.
- Ability to handle multiple dispatches and work under deadlines.
- Knowledge of e-way bill, invoice and delivery challan processes will be preferred.

Pay: Up to ₹500,000.00 per year
