About Us

Venkat Center for Aesthetic Health is a leading healthcare institution committed to providing exceptional patient care and aesthetic healthcare services. We are looking for an experienced, dedicated, and detail-oriented Accounts Manager to oversee our hospital and pharmacy accounts operations and ensure complete financial compliance.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain complete hospital and pharmacy accounts.
- Ensure accurate recording of all financial transactions and accounting entries.
- Monitor daily cash flow, bank reconciliations, receivables, and payables.
- Coordinate with auditors and consultants for statutory compliance and financial reporting.
- Ensure timely filing of GST, TDS, Qualified Tax, Income Tax, and other statutory returns.
- Prepare monthly MIS reports, financial statements, and management reports.
- Monitor inventory accounting and reconciliation for pharmacy operations.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, taxation regulations, and internal controls.
- Support management in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth financial operations.
- Ensure all hospital and pharmacy accounts are maintained accurately and transparently.

Qualification & Experience

- B.Com, M.Com, CA Inter, CMA Inter, MBA Finance, or equivalent Commerce/Accounts qualification.
- Minimum 5–8 years of experience in Accounts and Finance.




- Prior experience in a Hospital, Healthcare, Pharmacy, or Service Industry is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, Payroll, statutory compliances, and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, and accounting software.
- Excellent communication, coordination, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to independently handle accounts and compliance functions.
- Experience coordinating with auditors, consultants, banks, and government authorities.
- Capable of meeting strict deadlines and ensuring timely statutory filings.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and accountability.
