We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Tele-caller Executive to connect with prospective students, understand their educational requirements, and guide them about relevant courses and programs. The candidate will be responsible for handling leads, follow-ups, counselling, and converting enquiries into admissions.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive Inbound and Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents.
- Respond to enquiries regarding courses, admissions, eligibility, fees, and programs.
- Understand student requirements and recommend suitable courses.
- Follow up regularly with interested leads through calls and WhatsApp.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and lead status.
- Schedule counselling sessions and campus/online meetings when required.
- Achieve daily, weekly,
and monthly calling and conversion targets.
- Coordinate with the admission/counselling team for successful enrolments.
- Maintain professional and courteous communication with students and parents.
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Confident and persuasive communication style.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM/Excel.
- Solid follow-up and convincing skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
