Lead and manage end-to-end implementation projects for Zoho-based solutions, coordinating cross-functional delivery teams and acting as the primary client-facing contact. Role focuses on delivering projects for international clients (Canada, USA and other markets) and driving success measured by on-time delivery, client satisfaction, project profitability, resource utilization, quality of deliverables, and client retention/expansion.

- Lead end-to-end implementation of Zoho solutions (Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, Zoho One, Zoho Creator, Zoho Desk) and custom integrations.
- Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and success metrics.
- Create and maintain project plans, milestones, and resource schedules; ensure on-time, within-scope, within-budget delivery.
- Serve as primary point of contact for assigned clients; conduct discovery sessions and manage client expectations.
- Facilitate project review meetings, steering committees, and status calls.
- Collaborate with Zoho Developers, Functional Consultants, Accountants,



and Business Analysts; assign tasks and remove project roadblocks.
- Coordinate testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), training, and go-live activities.
- Identify project risks, dependencies, and mitigation plans; monitor quality and escalate critical issues for timely resolution.
- Develop and improve project management frameworks, delivery standards, and promote best practices in governance and documentation.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives within the delivery team.
