*## About the Role*

We are looking for an experienced **SAP DRC (Document & Reporting Compliance) Consultant / Senior Consultant** with strong hands-on experience in SAP Document and Reporting Compliance, e-invoicing, statutory reporting, and tax authority integrations.

The ideal candidate should have a minimum of **5+ years of hands-on SAP DRC experience** and strong functional knowledge of SAP SD/FI billing, taxation, eDocument processing, XML-based integrations, and country-specific compliance requirements.

The candidate will be responsible for DRC implementations, multi-country rollouts, production support, compliance monitoring, integrations, troubleshooting, and post-go-live stabilization.

*## Key Responsibilities*

### 1. SAP DRC Implementation

* Participate in **end-to-end SAP DRC implementation and rollout projects**.

* Conduct requirement-gathering workshops with Finance, Tax, and business stakeholders.

* Analyze statutory, tax, e-invoicing, and localization requirements for different countries.

* Configure the **SAP DRC / eDocument framework** and country-specific compliance solutions.

* Configure and support electronic invoicing and statutory reporting processes.

* Set up integrations with **tax authorities, Peppol networks, and third-party compliance providers**.

* Perform DRC initial setup, configuration, and DRC/eDocument Cockpit setup.

* Analyze and implement relevant **SAP Notes, legal changes, patches, and enhancements**.

* Support SIT, UAT, cutover, go-live, and hypercare activities.

### 2. SAP SD/FI and DRC Integration

* Work closely with SAP SD and FI teams to ensure correct integration with DRC.

* Support billing, tax determination, pricing, output management, and accounting processes.

* Analyze issues related to billing documents, tax codes, customer/vendor master data, and statutory requirements.

* Identify required changes in core SAP modules to support country-specific compliance.

* Ensure accurate data flow from source SAP transactions to DRC/eDocument processes.

### 3. DRC Production Support





* Provide production support for SAP DRC across multiple countries and regions, including **Europe, LATAM, and APAC**.

* Monitor the **eDocument / DRC Cockpit** for document processing.

* Track document statuses and submissions to tax authorities.

* Troubleshoot failed, rejected, or stuck electronic documents.

* Perform document reprocessing and error resolution.

* Investigate XML validation errors, tax authority rejection messages, and integration failures.

* Ensure statutory reporting and e-invoicing deadlines are met.

* Participate in production incident management and escalation handling.

### 4. Integration & Technical Coordination

* Work with technical teams on **XML structures, mappings, transformations, and validations**.

* Coordinate with SAP CPI / SAP PI/PO teams for DRC integrations.

* Analyze integration logs and troubleshoot interface failures.

* Prepare functional specifications for RICEF developments and enhancements.

* Work with ABAP teams on enhancements, SmartForms, mappings, and custom developments.

* Validate end-to-end data flow between SAP, DRC, middleware, and external tax authorities.

### 5. Testing & Go-Live

* Prepare and execute functional test scenarios for DRC processes.

* Support **SIT, UAT, regression testing, and integration testing**.

* Validate e-invoice generation, XML payloads, tax calculations, and authority responses.

* Coordinate defect resolution with functional and technical teams.

* Support cutover, go-live, and post-go-live hypercare.

* Prepare test cases, test evidence, KT documents, process flows, and solution documentation.

### 6. Stakeholder & Compliance Management

* Collaborate with Finance, Tax, IT, SAP, external implementation partners, and compliance providers.

* Work with global stakeholders to understand and resolve statutory compliance issues.

* Coordinate with external partners such as SAP and tax/compliance service providers.

* Ensure compliance processes meet country-specific regulatory requirements.





* Drive continuous improvement and automation within DRC processes.

* Ensure adherence to SLA timelines and statutory submission deadlines.

*## Mandatory Skills*

* **10+ years of overall IT experience**.

* **5+ years of hands-on SAP DRC experience is mandatory**.

* Strong hands-on experience with **SAP Document and Reporting Compliance (DRC)**.

* Strong knowledge of **eDocument Framework and DRC Cockpit**.

* Experience with **SAP e-Invoicing and statutory reporting**.

* Strong understanding of **SAP SD Billing integration**.

* Good understanding of SAP FI and tax-related processes.

* Experience with **multi-country DRC implementation / rollout / support**.

* Knowledge of country-specific e-invoicing and compliance requirements.

* Experience troubleshooting eDocument processing and tax authority rejection errors.

* Good understanding of **XML structures, mappings, and validation**.

* Experience working with **SAP CPI and/or SAP PI/PO** integrations.

* Experience with SAP Notes, legal changes, patches, and DRC enhancements.

* Robust production support and incident management experience.

*## Good-to-Have Skills*

* Experience with **Peppol**.

* Knowledge of **KSeF** and European e-invoicing regulations.

* Experience with LATAM e-invoicing requirements.

* Exposure to SmartForms and ABAP enhancements.

* Experience with third-party tax/e-invoicing platforms.

* Experience in SAP S/4HANA DRC implementations.

* Experience working with global Finance and Tax teams.

* Experience in SAP DRC migration or transformation projects.

The ideal candidate should be someone who has **recent, hands-on SAP DRC implementation and production support experience**, rather than only general SAP SD/FI or e-invoicing exposure. Experience in **multi-country DRC implementations, tax authority integrations, XML troubleshooting, and SAP S/4HANA** will be highly preferred.
