KOSA is an innovative skin, beauty & wellbeing brand headquartered in Pune. We operate a multi-brand e-commerce platform across India along with our signature KOSA Skin Studio, focused on evidence-based skincare and restorative facial therapies.

We are a growing team with plans to expand our physical presence into Mumbai and Delhi.

About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Manager to manage and grow KOSA's social media presence.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of content creation, social media, visual storytelling and brand communication. You should be comfortable developing ideas, creating content, coordinating shoots and working closely with the marketing and design teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute social media and content strategies aligned with business goals.
- Plan and maintain a monthly content and editorial calendar.
- Create, edit and publish engaging written and visual content.
- Manage daily social media content, including Stories, Reels and posts.
- Develop creative concepts for photo and video shoots.
- Coordinate and assist with content production and post-production.
- Capture relevant behind-the-scenes and day-to-day content at the studio.
- Work closely with the marketing and design teams to maintain brand consistency.
- Plan and manage user-generated content (UGC) initiatives.
- Research trends, competitors and customer insights to generate new content ideas.
- Monitor social media performance and engagement.




- Support website content and ensure content is optimised for search and engagement.
- Manage content timelines, briefs and deliverables.
- Ensure all content follows brand guidelines and applicable copyright and data protection requirements.

Requirements

- 1–2 years of experience in social media, content creation, content writing or a similar role.
- Strong creative writing and communication skills.
- Excellent visual and aesthetic sense.
- Good understanding of Instagram and other social media platforms.
- Experience creating Reels, Stories and other short-form content.
- Ability to independently develop content ideas and execute them.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Ability to coordinate with photographers, videographers, designers and internal teams.
- Familiarity with social media analytics and content performance metrics.
- Knowledge of Google Search Console or web analytics is an advantage.
- Experience in skincare, beauty, wellness, lifestyle or fitness is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism or a related field is preferred.

Someone who is creative, proactive, visually driven and hands-on. You should be comfortable taking ownership of content from idea to execution and have a genuine interest in building a strong brand through social media.

Salary Negotiable based on experience and skill set.
