NxEev Technologies LLP is looking for a confident, enthusiastic, and target-oriented TeleCalling Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for outbound calling, lead generation, promoting company services, customer follow-ups, and generating sales opportunities.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate leads.
- Explain and promote company products and services.
- Understand customer requirements and provide relevant information.
- Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication.
- Generate sales opportunities through effective communication and pitching.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and sales targets.
- Maintain accurate customer and lead records.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
- Prepare daily call and sales reports.
- Coordinate with the sales team to support lead conversion.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Confident in telecalling and sales pitching.
- Good convincing and interpersonal skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel.
- Ability to handle outbound calls professionally.
- Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.

- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
