- Blueprint Reading: Interpret engineering drawings, bevel angles, and work orders.
- Material Preparation: Handle, align, and secure plates for bevelling operations.
- Quality Control: Inspect bevel dimensions, angles, and surface finish to ensure compliance with welding requirements.
- Maintenance: Perform routine cleaning, lubrication, and minor troubleshooting of bevelling machines.
- Safety Compliance: Follow safety protocols, use PPE, and ensure protected handling of heavy plates and cutting tools.
- Documentation: Record production data, bevel angles, and machine settings.
