A hotel steward maintains high standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and organization in hotel kitchens, dining rooms, or food and beverage storage areas. They wash dishware, stock service stations, assist kitchen staff, and ensure compliance with health and safety codes.
Wash, sanitize, and store all plates, glasses, silverware, pots, and pans using commercial dish machines or manual cleaning methods.
Station Restocking: Keep service lines, banquet areas, and server stations fully stocked with clean trays, napkins, utensils, and condiments.
Track china, glass, and silver breakages, organize storage spaces, and safely operate kitchen sanitation equipment.
Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
